Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services remedied if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
2. When You Are Entitled to a Refund
You may be entitled to a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

We understand plans change. Our cancellation terms are:
- Before booking confirmation: Cancel anytime at no charge via your Dashboard.
- More than 24 hours before the appointment: Full refund or no charge applied.
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee may apply to cover the provider's time. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
- Same-day cancellation: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount may apply.
